Spiced Orange Pork Tenderloin with Pecans

  • 1 kg Pork tenderloin
  • 80 ml(s) Honey
  • 60 ml(s) Soy sauce
  • 175 ml(s) Chopped pecans
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Orange zest
  • 2 ml(s) Crushed chilies
  • 10 ml(s) Cracked coriander seeds

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Pour the mixture over the tenderloin, taking care to distribute the pecans evenly. Insert a meat thermometer into the tenderloin. Cook until internal temperature registers 160°F. Baste regularly with the cooking juices. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and let stand for 15 minutes. Top with the pecans and cooking juices and serve with a combination of white and wild rice.
