Mango Shrimp Bites

“This is the perfect appetizer to serve at a gathering of friends and family!”


  • 1 cup(s) Small shrimps
  • 2 tbsp(s) Finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 Mango, diced
  • 1/2 Jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp(s) Olive oil
  • 1 Lime (juice and zest)
  • 2 tbsp(s) Minced chives
  • 36 Hors d'oeuvre shells or Tostitos Scoops

Cooking Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except the shells. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavours can mingle. Spoon the filling into the shells just before serving, or else they will become soggy.
