“This is the perfect appetizer to serve at a gathering of friends and family!”
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Small shrimps
- 2 tbsp(s) Finely chopped red pepper
- 1/2 Mango, diced
- 1/2 Jalapeno pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp(s) Olive oil
- 1 Lime (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsp(s) Minced chives
- 36 Hors d'oeuvre shells or Tostitos Scoops
Cooking Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the shells. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavours can mingle. Spoon the filling into the shells just before serving, or else they will become soggy.
