- 1 egg
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 cup(s) Peanut Butter
- 1 cup(s) Chocolate Chips
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the egg, sugar, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop tablespoon sized heaps of cookie dough onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are a golden-brown color. Remove from cookie sheet and place on cooling rack.
