- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 2 cans crab meat
- 1 tbsp(s) chili sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) grated onion
- 1/2 cup(s) mayo
- 1/4 cup(s) crushed Breton Crackers
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350. Drain crab meat and pick through to remove any cartilage. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, crab, chili sauce, onion and mayo. Spray an oven proof dish with non-stick cooking spray, pour in crab mixture and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30-45 minutes until bubbly. Serve with nacho chips, crackers or veggies. Doubles and freezes well.
