Chilled Christmas Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp(s) cinnamon
  • 1 540 mL can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 4 cup(s) cranberry apple juice, chilled
  • 1 2 litre bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 pint(s) spiced rum (optional)

Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, combine the syrup mixture, juices, ginger ale and rum (if using) in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Serve over ice.
